There was a three vehicle accident with injuries on U.S. 278 and Buckwalter Parkway at approximately 3:15 p.m. Presently, two westbound lanes of U.S. 278 are blocked and one westbound lane is open. We recommend that motorist avoid the area of the accident, as it is expected to cause significant delays. Consider using Bluffton Parkway as an alternate route.
