Dense Fog Advisory until 10:00AM Thursday

...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EDT THIS MORNING... The National Weather Service in State College has issued a Dense Fog Advisory, which is in effect until 10 AM EDT this morning.

* VISIBILITIES...One quarter mile or less at times.

* TIMING...Dense fog will persist in many locations through the primary morning commute hours to work and school. Visibility will drop to a few hundred feet in some locations, and will be near zero at times across the higher terrain. Expect the visibility to improve in the valleys late this morning. However, the ridges may stay shrouded in fog into early this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Limited visibilities will make travel very difficult.
