Deputies asking for information about a shooting that took place on Pacoima Road last night

VICTIM: Confidential - Adult Male
SUMMARY: On March 26, 2018, deputies from the Victorville Police Department were requested to a home in the 12800 block of Pacoima Road, were a man stated he had been shot in the leg.
The victim told deputies he heard someone knock on his front door. He opened the door and did not see anyone through the closed security screen and before he could close the door, he heard a series of loud pops, similar to firecrackers. The victim was hit by gunfire, one time in the lower leg. He was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
