Lieutenant Colonel Neil Baxley named "Director of the Year" by the South Carolina Emergency Management Association. 
The South Carolina Emergency Management Association (SCEMA) named Lieutenant Colonel Neil Baxley "2018 Director of the Year" at its annual conference in Myrtle Beach on February 21, 2018. Lieutenant Colonel Baxley began his career with the Sheriff''s Office in 1983 and has risen through through the ranks to his current position as the Director of the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office Emergency Management Division, a position which he was appointed to by Sheriff P.J. Tanner in October 2013. Please join us in congratulating Lieutenant Colonel Baxley for being selected by his fellow emergency management professionals to receive this prestigious award.
