* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for... Eastern Kern County in central California...
* Until 1100 PM PDT
* At 903 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Arvin, Tehachapi, Mettler, Golden Hills, Stallion Springs, Onyx, Weldon, Keene, Bear Valley Springs, Piutes and Jawbone Canyon.
* AFFECTED AREAS: KERN
