(Jackson, CA) On 3-22-18, the Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office received information that Most Wanted subject Jimmy Blake Terry was seen around the Best Western hotel in Jackson (Amador County). In January 2018, Terry was named Calaveras County Most Wanted and was sought in connection with a burglary and vehicle pursuit in the Arnold area. Jimmy Blake Terry also had outstanding warrants for his arrest in both Calaveras and Tuolumne Counties.

This morning, Calaveras County Sheriff Rick DiBasilio accompanied Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office Detectives and in cooperation with the Jackson Police Department, set-up surveillance around the hotel. Around 1045 hours, Jimmy Blake Terry was positively identified leaving the hotel. He was arrested by Calaveras County Sheriff’s Detectives without further incident. Narcotics and contraband were found in his possession and in an associated hotel room. The Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office is working with local Amador County law enforcement regarding any possible narcotics possession crimes committed in their jurisdiction. Jimmy Blake Terry is being booked into the Calaveras County Jail.
