Synopsis: (P1) a 59 year old male, was standing in the roadway in the eastbound lane of 1300 W Washington Street when he was struck by an unknown vehicle (P2) who fled the scene. P1 suffered multiple injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. Traffic Division responded and will be handling the investigation.
