* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 6 inches are expected.

* WHERE...Rush, Bartholomew, Decatur, Jackson and Jennings Counties.

* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 2 PM EDT Wednesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on difficult travel conditions.
