Topanga southbound lane closed Grand View to PCH until 2PM for storm drain clearance 
Caltrans has closed the southbound lane on Topanga Cyn Blvd with one-way alternating traffic control from Grand View to PCH until 2:00 PM today to allow crews to clear storm drains prior to the upcoming storm system.
There is also one-way alternating traffic control from Oakwood to Old Topanga Cyn Rd for crews conducting guardrail repair.
Motorists should expect delays and allow extra time for traveling through Topanga Cyn, or use alternate routes, if possible.
