Snow Notice
Westampton residents please read the following information in reference to the upcoming snow event.
The Public Works Director is declaring a Snow Emergency effective at 7 PM tonight March 20th. Please remove all parked vehicles from roadways in accordance with Township Ordinance 212-16.2 . Utilize your driveway and whatever means you deem safe to keep your vehicle off the roadway. Removing your vehicles from roadways will assist with the speed and safety of plowing the roads. OFFICERS WILL BEGIN TICKETING AND TOWING VEHICLES STARTING AT 7 PM TONIGHT!
Sidewalks are to be shoveled within 12 hours of daylight after the storm. Ice should be covered with salt or sand within 24 hours after the snow stops falling. No snow or ice should be deposited, thrown or placed in any roadway when clearing driveways or sidewalks.
