The following parking garages will be open FREE to residents during the impending snowstorm. Residents can begin to park their cars tonight, March 20th, at 5:00 p.m. and must pick up their cars by 12:00 p.m on Thursday, March 22nd.

• J. Christian Bollwage Parking Garage on West Jersey St.
• Midtown Parking Garage on West Grand Street
