Traffic Detour 
Please be informed that the railroad crossing at Smathers Street and Miller Street will be completely reconstructed by Blue Ridge Southern beginning Tuesday, March 20, 2018. Signs and barricades will be in place by 7:00 AM Tuesday morning. This area will be completely closed off to traffic until reconstruction is complete. It is scheduled to be paved on Thursday morning, March 22nd and then be reopened by that afternoon.
