Board of Water Supply (BWS) crews are responding to an 8-inch main break on Sheridan St., between Makaloa St. and Kapiolani Blvd. Motorists are asked to avoid the area and find alternate routes throughout today, as the makai bound lane is closed.
The BWS will be setting up a water wagon near 620 Sheridan St. for the three customers -- including a low-rise apartment building -- who will be without water during the repair. The break was reported to the BWS at about 1:30 a.m.
Further updates will be issued as repair progresse.
