FUGITIVE SEARCH - SAMUEL JUDE CLARK, W/M, 43YOA, 5'6", 175lbs, BRO/BLU wanted for possession of methamphetamine, carrying a handgun without a license, serious violent felon in possession of a firearm, theft, habitual offender, and habitual substance offender.
