SUBJECT: Rosemary Decree, 88-year old Victorville resident
UPDATE: Rosemary Decree has been located. She is unharmed and being reunited with her family.
SUMMARY: The family of 88-year old Rosemary Decree, of Victorville, reported her missing from her Manning Street home at approximately 6:15 a.m. She was last seen by the family member last night around 10:00 p.m. Ms. Decree suffers from Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and other medical issues. She does not have a cell phone and does not drive.
Ms. Decree is African American, 5’3” tall, and weighs 115 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue sweater and pink and white sweatpants.
