Water break on Troy St. PWSA will be shutting off the water & blocking the roadway. Water Buffalo will at Troy & Reserve St.by 9pm 
There is a water break again on Troy Street, PWSA will be blocking the roadway shortly and shutting off the water to the area.. PWSA will have a water buffalo delivered and located at Troy St. and Reserve St. by 9:00pm.. PWSA will also attempt to deliver bottled water to the effected residences.. There is no estimated time for the repairs to be completed
