Hayward Police Department seeks your help in locating a missing "at risk" person:
Missing Person: Michael Forsyth, 80 years, White, Male, 5'7", 140 Lbs hazel eyes, has short white hair, no facial hair, was last wearing a long sleeve gray sweater, blue jeans or gray sweatpants, white shoes, and had a brown walking cane.
Last seen: 553 Smalley Av at Noon on 03/11/18
Michael Forsyth is an elderly male 80 years of age and suffers from several medical conditions. Forsyth was last seen at St. Anthony's care home in Hayward around 1200 hours, and walked away without money or an identification card. Forsyth is not familiar with the Hayward area and was admitted to this care home from the San Mateo area. He is known to frequent public transportation either by bus or train.
