ADDITIONAL TRAFFIC ALERT NORTHBROOK 
In addition to Dundee Rd. closed due to accident between Pfingsten/Waukegan, a Freight Train is disabled blocking Shermer Rd/Downtown Northbrook and Dundee Rd, due to mechanical failure. RR Crossings are anticipated to be blocked until 10am or later. Dundee Rd expected to be open later this morning.
