Down wires 
Overnight and this morning, police officers and residents are finding more electrical, cable and phone wires dropping across the roads. We don't want people to think because it looks like a small wire, it's harmless. Don't drive over them, don't touch them and don't move the barricades. We can't emphasize this enough.
