6pm Update All roads open, 750 power outages, Warming and Charging Center open at Monroe Twp Library 
POWER OUTAGES: Resident power outages are our greatest concern tonight. JCPL is reporting over 800 customer outages at this hour. The township has strongly expressed our concerns to JCPL in light of the cold overnight temperatures. Unfortunately, JCPL has not provided an estimate for full restoration at this time. We will continue to advocate on behalf of our residents until all power is restored.
WARMING AND CHARGING CENTER: The Monroe Township Library will remain open as a Warming and Charging Center until 9:30pm tonight.
OVERNIGHT REFREEZE: Low temperatures may cause refreezing overnight. Please take caution and be aware of black ice on sidewalks and roadways.
ROADS: All roads are open at this time.

9-1-1.
