Full Notification

On March 7, 2018, at about 8:20 p.m., officers assigned to the Moreno Valley Police Department were dispatched to the area of Old Lake Drive and Sunny Mead Ranch Parkway to investigate a shooting. When officers arrived, they found one adult male and one 17-year-old male deceased at the scene. Detectives from the Moreno Valley Police Department and the Central Homicide Unit responded to the location and assumed the investigation. The adult male’s name is being withheld pending notification of next of kin. The juveniles name will not be released. The investigation is currently on-going and no further information will be released at this time.
