Old Fort woman arrested on fraud charges 
Detective J.T. Grindstaff of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Ashlynn Marie Nichole Milhorn, 21, of 102 High Country Drive in Old Fort, with financial card theft and identity theft.
On Jan. 31, Michael Cameron Clayton, of Old Fort, reported that someone stole his debit card and used it to take $500 out of his bank account.
An investigation led to Milhorn, who was acquainted with Clayton.
