High Wind Warning until 06:00PM 
...HIGH WIND WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 8 AM THIS MORNING TO 6 PM PST THIS EVENING... The National Weather Service in Portland has issued a High Wind Warning, which is in effect from 8 AM this morning to 6 PM PST this evening.
* WINDS...South to southwest 30 to 40 mph with gusts to 65 mph. Strongest winds will be on exposed upper slopes and ridges.
* TIMING...Winds increasing this morning. Strongest winds expected midday through early this afternoon, gradually easing later this afternoon and evening.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could damage trees and power lines. Local power outages are possible.
* AFFECTED AREAS: CENTRAL COAST RANGE OF WESTERN OREGON ... COAST RANGE OF NORTHWEST OREGON
