HCSO Homicide Charge Two Juveniles With Capital Murder. 
On February 8, 2018, at approximately 8:33 PM, sixty-one year old Howard Boston was shot and killed in the front yard of his residence located at 5607 Hardwood Forest Dr.
Howard Boston's car was stolen from the driveway of his residence and was abandoned a short time later at the Garden City Apartments located at 9601 W. Montgomery.
On Tuesday, March 6, 2108, investigators with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Homicide unit arrested two juveniles for the murder of Mr. Boston.
A 13-year old male and a 15-year old female were booked into the Harris County Juvenile detention center on the charge of capital murder.
