Snow Parking Decks to Open at 8 a.m. Wednesday; Please Remove Parked Vehicles From Designated Snow Routes
In anticipation of the forecasted snowfall, the New Brunswick Parking Authority will open “Snow Designated Facilities” to residents of New Brunswick at 8 a.m. Wednesday, March 7.
Residents may park overnight in the designated decks until 8 a.m. Thursday, March 8. Vehicles must be removed from the decks by 8 a.m. Thursday.
We ask that you utilize the snow facilities designated by the New Brunswick Parking Authority:
Morris Street parking deck
Plum Street parking deck
Wellness Plaza parking deck
New Street parking deck
Proof of residency is required when exiting the decks. For assistance, please call Parking Services at (732) 667-8100.
The purpose of snow facilities is to keep Snow Designated Routes open and clear to allow easy passage for emergency vehicles.
The removal of vehicles from these routes also aides in plowing and salting by our DPW fleet, making for faster snow cleanup.
A list of snow routes is available at www.njnbpa.org/parking-info/snow-parking.
Cars must be removed from these roads by 8 a.m. Wednesday or risk ticketing and towing.
