The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for The Borough of Washington until 3:00 a.m. Thursday.  Heavy wet snowfall is expected to move into our area beginning at 8:00 p.m. Moving cars off of the street ahead of the storm is now more critical than ever due to the fact that there is a large amount of debris at the roadside, some roads remain blocked, and utility crews in addition to first responders will need unfettered access.
