Several roads in Noble County remain water-covered and inhibit access in some areas. As these roads will likely remain covered in the near future, local response agencies may have to consider different strategies and tactics such as boats to deliver basic emergency services, causing delays.  
 
As a precautionalry measure, Noble County Commissioners are declaring a Local Disaster Emergency effective 12:00 AM, March 4^th, 2018 for flooded areas.  There are no travel restrictions but persons living or working in these areas should be aware of the situation and prepare to temporarily sustain themselves if there is a delayed emergency service response.
