On March 2, 2018, at 9:37pm, MBPD officers responded to the area of 3^rd Street and Valley Dr. regarding an attempted sexual assault against a 16-year-old female.  The victim and two of her female juvenile friends were contacted by a male parked in a vehicle.  The male signaled for the teenaged females to come towards the vehicle and asked them if they needed a ride.  When the teenaged females walked by, the male exposed his penis while masturbating.  The three females ignored the male and continued walking.

The same male, now approaching the females quickly, shoved one of the females to the ground.  Once on the ground, the male held the downed female’s legs and touched her genital area on top of her clothing.  One of the other females fought the male, punching him until he released the downed female.  The three females ran home and called the police.

The male suspect is described as an Asian, Hispanic, or Middle-Eastern with a dark complexion, 20-30 years old, wearing a red and black flannel shirt.  The suspect vehicle is described as a dark colored 4-door sedan with an Uber sticker on the passenger side windshield.
