* WINDS...Northwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.
* TIMING...Strong winds will continue across the region overnight.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds may result in down trees and power lines. Isolated power outages will be possible. Persons in high profile vehicles should use caution.
