State of Emergency / Street Closures 
The Mayor has issued a State of Emergency for the City of Oneonta, effective immediately.
All City of Oneonta streets are closed and are to be used for emergency traffic only.
The City of Oneonta does not determine the necessity for any individual to report to work.
Streets will reopen at 6:00am on Saturday, March 3, 2018. OPT services will resume at the same time.
