High Wind Warning until 10:00PM Friday 
...HIGH WIND WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 11 PM THIS EVENING TO 10 PM EST FRIDAY... The National Weather Service in Baltimore MD/Washington has issued a High Wind Warning, which is in effect from 11 PM this evening to 10 PM EST Friday. The High Wind Watch is no longer in effect.
* TIMING...Thursday night through Friday night.
* WINDS...Northwest 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 65 mph.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
* AFFECTED AREAS: BERKELEY ... EASTERN GRANT ... EASTERN MINERAL ... EASTERN PENDLETON ... HAMPSHIRE ... HARDY ... JEFFERSON ... MORGAN ... WESTERN GRANT ... WESTERN MINERAL ... WESTERN PENDLETON
