Incident: Man Missing After Being Discharged Hospital
Location: Last Seen at Saint Catherine of Siena Medical Center, 50 Route 25A, Smithtown, New York
Date: December 14, 2017
Suffolk County Police Second Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to locate a man who was last seen at a Smithtown hospital in December.
Thomas Eastwood, 58, was last seen when he was discharged from Saint Catherine of Siena Medical Center, located at 50 Route 25A, on December 14, 2017. Eastwood was reported missing by his brother on December 30.
Eastwood, who is homeless, is white, 5 feet 11 inches tall and approximately 250 pounds.
Detectives are asking anyone with information to call the Second Squad at 631-854-8252 or call 911.
