Press Release: Heroin Arrrest

ACCUSED: Christopher Delisa 23-year-old male // Long Branch, NJ
NARRATIVE:
On February 27th, 2018 at approximately 8:01pm Detective Michael Legg and Detective Sergeant Gregory Tongring noticed a male in a vehicle parked at the Seaview Square Shopping Plaza. The detectives approached the vehicle to further investigate and identified the occupant as 23-year-old Christopher Delisa from Long Branch.
Further investigation revealed that Delisa was under the influence of heroin, did possess heroin as well as a hypodermic syringe. He was arrested, processed and released on a criminal summons pending a future court appearance.
