Cold Storm Expected Travel into Mountainous or Off Road Areas Not Advised 
The National Weather Service is predicting a cold storm the will be hitting Lake County in the coming days. Snow is expected in most areas of the county.
AROUND THE LAKE AND MIDDLETOWN - The Wednesday though Friday forecast is predicting 1”-2” of snow at lake level during late night and early morning hours.
BLUE LAKES/HWY 20 TO MENDOCINO COUNTY LINE – 3” to 6” of snow during late night and early morning hours.
COBB - The Cobb Mountain area could see 6”-12” of snow.
PILLSBURY – The basin is expecting 6” of snow, but the high regions around Pillsbury could see up to 36” of snow.
Please be prepared for the changing conditions and expect roadways to be slippery. Travel into the mountainous areas or any off road areas is not advised.
