LOCATION: 13600 block of Cypress Avenue

SUSPECT: Regina Dawn Allhouse, 29-year old Oro Grande resident

SUMMARY:
On February 21, 2018, Deputy A. Awad, from the Victorville Police Department, located a subject matching the description of a suspect in a burglary call in the 15000 block of Sitting Bull Street in Victorville.

The subject, later identified as Regina Allhouse, a convicted felon on parole, was the sole occupant of a 2008 Chevrolet Aveo. Deputy Awad attempted to make a traffic stop near the intersection of Cypress Avenue and Sitting Bull Street. Allhouse failed to stop and led Awad on a short pursuit through the area, violating multiple vehicle codes. After colliding with a curb, Allhouse exited her vehicle and fled on foot. She forced her way into a residence in the 13600 block of Cypress Avenue. Awad followed Allhouse into the residence, where she was detained.

Allhouse was arrested and booked at High Desert Detention Center for Burglary, Evading a Peace Officer with disregard for safety, and Violation of parole.

Allhouse’s vehicle was found to contain a large amount of stolen property. A search of her residence led to more suspected stolen property being recovered. Tools, electronics, household goods, and other types of property were among the items located. Multiple victims from throughout the High Desert have been identified and contacted, however many more remain unidentified.
