The City of Oneonta Department of Public Service has begun the process of replacing a water main on East St, from Bugbee Rd to the City/Town line. This project is expected to be substantially complete within two weeks, with final asphalt restoration to be done in April. While the work is occurring, traffic on both East St and Bugbee Rd will be maintained with appropriate work zone signage and the use of flaggers. Localized temporary water service interruptions will be communicated directly to those affected.
