2/21 – 6:38 p.m. – Police responded to an address on Terrace View Court, in reference to a subject removal, from a house that was under construction. The officer encountered an individual that had done work on the house the previous day, but was not to be there at that time. The subject was acting aggressive in nature to the homeowner, and to the officer. While the officer was attempting an arrest, the subject resisted the officer. Jeremy R. Busch, age 30 of Belleville, was charged with Resisting a Peace Officer, Assault, & Criminal Trespass to Real Property.
