HCSO deputy arrested for violating protective order. 
On Tuesday, February 27, 2018, HCSO Deputy James Christopher Sam was booked into the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Inmate Processing Center for the charge of violation of a protective order, a class B misdemeanor.
Deputy Sam was relieved of his law enforcement duties, and will be placed in a civilian status position pending the outcome of his case.
Deputy Sam is a 17-year employee of the Sheriff’s Office.
