Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Sixth Precinct Crime Section officers are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the woman who stole items from a Middle Island store in February.

A woman stole five containers of baby formula, worth approximately $130 from Walmart, located at 750 Middle Country Road, on February 6 at approximately 4:20 p.m.

The woman is described as white. She fled in a Nissan Maxima with a Hispanic man.
