PRESS RELEASE - Arrest for Dissuading a Victim 
Sunnyvale, CA. - On Today’s date at approx. 2 pm officers arrested 23-year-old Eric Liu for dissuading a victim. Liu was under investigation for purchasing alcohol for a minor. On Saturday, February 17th, he was on-viewed by an off-duty Sunnyvale DPS officer, intimidating and dissuading the victim from reporting the crime. Liu is a badminton coach who has worked at numerous high schools in Santa Clara County. He also teaches private lessons.
Liu was booked into County jail for dissuading a victim (Penal Code 136.1).
