Sylvan Lake at Event Level 3 (This is a watch status) 
The Rome City Conservancy District is monitoring the Sylvan Lake water level and has issued a Level 3 Watch Event. Flooding along Middle Branch Elkhart River, Waldron Lake, and the rest of the West Lakes Chain is possible. We are monitoring this unusual situation at the Sylvan Lake dam, and any updates will be posted via Nixle. This is just a WATCH situation.
