Flood Advisory until 10:30PM Friday 
The National Weather Service in Fort Worth has issued a
* Flood Advisory for Minor Flooding in Poor Drainage Areas for... Rockwall County in north central Texas... Hunt County in north central Texas... Fannin County in north central Texas...
* Until 1000 PM CST.
* At 658 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause minor flooding. Areas that are low lying or usually experience poor drainage are most likely to experience flooding in the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen. Additional rainfall of one to two inches is expected over the area. This additional rain will cause minor flooding.
* AFFECTED AREAS: ROCKWALL
Instructions:
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
