A traffic stop leads to the arrest of three subjects for active warrants and other felony charges

INCIDENT: Felon in Possession of a Firearm - Possession of a Controlled Substance
LOCATION: N K Street / Race Street, Needles, CA.
SUSPECT(S): Jacob Stoddard, 33 years old, resident of Fort Mohave, AZ.
Edward Ermocida, 38 years old, resident of Fort Mohave, AZ.
Rhiannon Sullivan, 22 years old, resident of Bullhead City, AZ.
SUMMARY:
On Sunday, February 18, 2018, at 3:51 p.m., Deputy Yates conducted a traffic stop on Needles Highway at Race Street, in the city of Needles. Deputy Yates contacted the occupants of the vehicle and found Jacob Stoddard to have a $175,000 felony warrant for bringing drugs into a correctional facility. Rhiannon Sullivan was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and brass knuckles. The driver of the vehicle, Edward Ermocida, was found to be a felon and in possession of a loaded firearm. All three subjects were arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Ermocida is being held on $50,000 pending a court hearing. Stoddard is being held on $250,000 bond pending a court hearing. Sullivan is being held on $25,000 bond pending a court hearing.
