* WIND...Southwest 35 to 50 mph with gusts to 75 mph.
* TIMING...Winds will gradually diminish this evening, then strengthen again overnight as colder air arrives. The strongest wind gusts are expected shortly after midnight on Adak Island.
* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris and may damage property.
* AFFECTED AREAS: CENTRAL ALEUTIANS
