Suspect: White Male Adult, 5’10, Heavy Build, Dark Beard
Vehicle: Light blue, older sedan with dents and faded paint (unknown license plate)
Incident Summary:
On February 16, 2018, at approximately 5:00 pm, the 10 year old victim was on the campus of Grant Elementary School at 200 Grant Ave in Petaluma. She was approached by an unknown male suspect who offered her candy and asked her to get into his vehicle. The victim ran away and the suspect got into a vehicle and drove off in the direction of I Street.
The suspect is described as a white male adult in his mid-forties to early fifties. He had dark hair and a dark beard. He is approximately five foot ten inches tall with a heavy build and tattoos on his legs. The suspect vehicle is described as an older light blue sedan with several dents and faded paint.
