Richard S Budnicki 27-year-old Male // Lanoka Harbour, NJ
NARRATIVE:
On February 15th, 2018 at approximately 9:50 am Police Officer Ryan Krug was on patrol in the area of Highway 35 and Sunset Avenue. After witnessing a motor vehicle violation Krug conducted traffic and encountered two occupants.
Further investigation revealed that the driver later identified as Richard Budnicki and his passenger later identified as Francis Mosco were in possession of heroin, hypodermic syringes and also discarded a syringe during the investigation. Both were charged accordingly, processed and released on a criminal summons pending their initial court appearance.
