On February 12, 2018, the Simi Valley Police Department’s Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant in the 5000 block of Leeds St within the City of Simi Valley. This search warrant was based on a four month long investigation into one of the residents. The suspect, Robert Hanan (53 yrs) had been selling methamphetamine within the City of Simi Valley during the duration of our investigation. During the investigation and in preparation for the search warrant, it was discovered that Hanan’s live in girlfriend, Connie Zovak (56 yrs), had an active no-bail felony warrant out of Los Angeles County for a narcotics violation. Zovak was contacted and arrested after leaving the residence on Leeds St. The search warrant was then executed and Hanan was arrested. Methamphetamine and suspected drug proceeds were located within Hanan’s dwelling. Hanan was booked on two counts of 11379 H&S - Sales of Methamphetamine and one count of 11378 H&S - Possession of Methamphetamine for sale. Zovak was booked on her outstanding warrant.
