HBPD Now Accepting Applications for the Upcoming Community Police Academy 
The Hermosa Beach Police Department is currently seeking participants and is now accepting applications for the upcoming Community Police Academy (CPA). The next session starts Thursday, March 22, 2018. Students meet every week thereafter for a total of seven (7) weeks. Classes begin at 6:00 p.m. and end at 9:00 p.m. and meet at the Hermosa Beach City Council Chambers.
