Windsor pedestrian who was struck by a vehicle on 01-28-2018 succumbed to her injuries 
On 02-12-18, the Sonoma County Coroner's Office notified the Windsor Police Department that 64 year old Windsor resident Marie Root had died at SRMH from injuries she sustained on 01-28-18 when she was struck by a vehicle while walking in the crosswalk on Starr Road @ Windsor River Road in Windsor.
The Windsor Police Department investigated the collision and will forward the report to the Sonoma County District Attorney's Office once it has been completed, for review.
