OCCC work furlough inmate Michael Zurcher fails to return to facility. Sheriffs and HPD notified. If seen, call 911 or Sheriffs 586-1352.

Oahu Community Correctional Center (OCCC) work furlough inmate Michael Zurcher failed to return to Module 20 after work last night. He was supposed to return by 8:30 p.m. Sheriffs and Honolulu Police were notified.

Zurcher is 52-years old. He is 6’1” tall and weighs 220 lbs. He has gray hair and blue eyes.

Zurcher is serving time for Promoting a Dangerous Drug 2, Promoting a Harmful Drug 2, Unauthorized Entry in to a Motor Vehicle 1, Unauthorized Control of a Propelled Vehicle, Criminal Property Damage 2, Burglary 2 and Theft 2. His next parole hearing is scheduled for June of this year. He now faces an additional escape charge when found.

Zurcher is a community custody inmate in the work furlough program. Community custody is the lowest classification status.
